When I researched this short film, I didn't realize artist, Salvador Dali, helped direct the movie- that explains the disjointedness of the piece! I respect the artistic approach to this film but I'm not sure if I'd watch it for enjoyment. After doing a little research, however, I think it's interesting how they jump from present to future, as well as, use a method called dream logic. This method is like dream interpretation. Now that I think of it, there definitely was a lot of this used in the film. I also think this is a perfect example of society changes during the 1920s. This short film definitely goes against the norm which is what the '20s were all about!
